1994? What’s this about 1994? It’s 2006!

Well, the 1994 is in reference to a bottle of Dom Pérignon which DJ and I – mostly I – consumed last night. It had been a birthday present a few years ago, and had been stored in our basement ever since.

We did our traditional quiet, stay at home New Year’s Eve thing. We usually prepare something rather fancy for food, but last night we had a junk-food buffet, including chicken nuggets, chicken wings, french fries, and cole slaw. We topped dinner off with a desert of President’s Choice Luxury Biscuit Assortment. Oh, that and the Dom. Not our usual fare, but we were lazy this year.

For entertainment, we watched Oceans 12. Oh and we were in bed and asleep by 21:30 – that’s 9:30PM.
