This morning the scale informed me that I was 190.0 lbs. Woot! Another milestone met. You can see my progress.
Two things stand out for me:
- I haven’t been very strict over that past 6 weeks or so
- I can’t remember the last time that I felt hungry.

I was wondering how your progress is for your get fit plan.
I found your site just after I too joined Sureslim. It reinforced my decision that this was a good thing for me to do. In my first week I lost 5.5lbs…I’m very excited.

Hi Dorthy,
The plan has been great. I haven’t been on the ‘quick loss’ program for the past 2.5 months, but more on the maintenance plan. I’m in the process of returning to the quick loss program at the moment. It’s nothing to do with the plan itself - I’ve just had a lot of other things to cope with.
Since getting back on the plan 3 days ago, I’ve lost 3.9lbs., so I’m resuming my fairly quick loss rate again. I have about 25 lbs more to go to reach my (aggressive) goal weight of 160lbs. I’m not in a rush, but I suspect that I’ll get there in another 3 months or so.
