When I weighed myself this morning, I was 193.0 lbs. That’s officially over half way to my goal weight of 160. Woot! I’m down 33.2 from my starting weight of 226.2 pounds in a bit over two months.
My progress has slowed down considerably over the past month. I was sick about a month ago for a couple of weeks, and I haven’t been very strict about the diet since then. However I’m still progressing at a ‘few’ pounds per week. Compare that to the 5-7 pounds per week at the beginning. Oh well, I’m still feeling great, and I’m never hungry.
