DJ and I had our first Sureslim weigh-in this morning, our 5th full day on the plan. I began the program last Tuesday at 226.2 lbs and am now at 219.8 lbs, a loss of 6.4 lbs in less than 5 days! Whoop! Whoop!

The “diet” officially begins today. DJ and I went to the Sureslim clinic yesterday to receive all of our materials and to get weighed and measured. I’m starting this program out at 226.2 lbs. Ummm, yikes!
