I haven’t been very good lately at getting more pictures of Kathryn up here. I think this series brings me up to date to August 10th in my attempt to post a picture per day. These photos are from the end of May, when Kathryn was four months old. She’s now only two days away from 7 months.
With Kathryn’s genetic background (Daddy’s sorry, sweetie), and the Calgary climate, we’ve been ‘wet-wrapping’ Kathryn to try to keep as much moisture in her skin as we can. With Kathryn dressed in only a diaper, we wrap her in a warm, wet, blanket. We then wrap her in a receiving blanket, followed by the cream-coloured blanket you see below. We also put a couple of wet face clothes on her head, and cover it up with the ‘bear’ hat. It’s just like a little baby sauna.
“Bring that tigger just a bit closer”

“Holy bright colours, Batman!”
These arches, from our next door neighbours, Lisa and Rodger, have provided hours of enjoyment for Kathryn.
